Chalupa U lípy - Kuncice pod Kralickým Sněžníkem. Rent cottages with swimming pool Jeseniky. Accommodation cottage with swimming pool Kralicky Sneznik, Kuncice - Old Town. Our cottage is located in Kunčice, in a beautiful setting at the foot of the Jeseníky and Rychlebské mountains. The village of Kunčice and its surroundings offers a very picturesque and peaceful environment with possibilities of wide versatile sports and hiking. The cottage is rented as a whole, the object has 2 separate living parts (8 + 9 beds). The ground floor consists of a common entrance hall and 2 living rooms, both of which have direct access to the bedrooms on the first floor. The first part consists of kitchen (electric ceramic hob, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), fireplace, sofa and 2 bedrooms: 4-bed (2 doubles) and 2- with the possibility of 2 extra beds (bunk beds, 190 cm long beds). In the second part of the cottage there is a kitchen corner (electric ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge), tiled stove with the possibility of lying on the furnace and 3x bedroom: 2-bed (double bed), 3-bed (double bed + single bed) 4-bedded room (double bed + 2x single bed, TV). There is a 3x cot and in the attic of the games room: billiards, TV and children's play area. The heating is provided by tile stoves and wood stoves with heat distribution to the radiators. The sanitary facility includes two bathrooms with a shower and a total of 4x WC. In the summer there is an above-ground circular pool with solar water heating (diameter 3.6 m, depth 1.07 m), children's inflatable pool, garden furniture, roofed pergola, barbecue, fireplace with sitting, stone table, table tennis, trampoline, Russian skittles, climbing frame, swing, slide and sandpit. Parking is possible right at the cottage. The cottage captivates you with its wonderful atmosphere and the authenticity of the former style of living. The owners of the cottage and the family were largely involved in the construction. They tried to adapt the structure to the most up-to-date rural style and to the requirements of modern living. In the vicinity we recommend to visit a great attraction: pumping hydroelectric power station Dlouhé stráně, which is one of the wonders, because it is the most powerful hydroelectric power plant in the Czech Republic within the protected landscape area. The dominant feature of the Old Town is the Kralický Sněžník (1424 m), on whose top was once a lookout tower.
